«If you try to compile a list of the top 10 best and truly unique electronic music releases created by musicians from Russia in at least the first 20 years of the new century, then you simply must include "The Highlights 2008–2020" in your list. Otherwise, this list belongs in the rubbish bin.
By electronic music, I mean, of course, music created using only electronic musical instruments, or mostly with their help. In my case, these are hardware synthesizers: Korg R3, Korg Micro X, microKORG MK1; the Korg Kaoss Pad 3 effects processor; and the Steinberg Nuendo 3 sequencer.»
